  Guidelines for submission

All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the TEMA 13 Online Abstract Submission System.

Authors are encouraged to write the abstract in a word processing file (e.g. MS Word) and then cut and paste the appropriate sections into the abstract system. Abstracts must be submitted in English.

The abstract must be no more that 500 words (excluding the title and authors' names). Abstracts that contain more than the specified number of words will not be reviewed. Check the word count of your abstract (excluding the title and authors' names) in a word processing program prior to cutting and pasting the sentences into the online submission form.

The abstract title should clearly indicate the nature of the subject. Use standard abbreviations only and place any unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears.

Abstracts should include the authors' names (first and last names), affiliation, city and country.

Authors presenting the paper/poster at the meeting should be identified underlying his/her name. Funding sources may be provided as needed.

Describe briefly the objectives of the study unless they are contained in the title. Include a brief statement of methods if pertinent. State findings in detail sufficient to support conclusions.

Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged by mail to the contact person, that submitting the abstract.
